KEEP YOUR SHOULDERS HEALTH THROUGH OUT THE SEASON
You constantly are pushing your shoulders over the season. Rotating, pulling, and pushing for hours on end each day, week after week, for years on end! Believe it or not almost all swimmers has experienced some shoulder pain. One study of USA swimming national- level swimmers found that 26% of them were experiencing shoulder pain! So let’s touch upon what you do in the gym? Great, you do shoulder presses and shoulder raises. BUT to the shoulder isn’t the only thing that’s being used.
