External Rotation Exercises

A lot of people perform these exercises incorrectly at the gym. We mostly see excessive movement and lack of required isolation needed to correctly target these small stabilizing muscles.

STEPS FOR SUCCESS

  1. Shoulders down and back
  2. Arm slightly abducted
  3. Externally rotate to slightly beyond neutral
