Joseph received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and is also recognized as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist. As a former competitive athlete and weightlifter, Joseph understands the specific needs and demands of the human body. Joseph's goal is to maintain an active approach to rehab while facilitating recovery.

Gea received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marist College after graduating with her Bachelor's in Health Sciences at Quinnipiac University.

Gea is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals while using evidence-based practices to individualize treatment programs and improve outcomes. She has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine and is certified in Dry Needling. In her free time, she enjoys weight lifting, pilates, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys playing squash, working out, and hiking with her dog.

We work with most insurance carriers on an out of network basis. For other insurance plans, we're out-of-network but can provide superbills for reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself and any relevant medical records or imaging if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and we'll take care of the rest.

What's the length of each session?

Physical therapy sessions are typically one-on-one and last around 45-60 minutes. Small-group training sessions vary based on the program but are usually 60 minutes.

Can I skip PT and just do training?

Absolutely. If you're not recovering from an injury and just want structured coaching, our training programs are a great fit. We'll assess your movement and build a plan that works for you.
