You're afraid of getting hurt or doing it wrong

You want to lift heavy and train hard, but you're unsure about form and don't want to risk injury without guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know starting group training can feel intimidating. Here's what people ask us most.

Do I need experience to join small group training?

Nope. We work with beginners and experienced lifters. Every workout is scalable, and coaches will guide you through proper form and technique.

How many people are in each group?

We keep groups small so coaches can give individual attention and adjustments. You'll get coaching without the cost of 1-on-1 training.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Our coaches are trained to modify exercises and work around injuries. If you're currently in PT or have a history of pain, we'll adjust your plan to keep you safe.

How often should I train?

Most people train 2-3 times per week for best results. Consistency matters more than frequency, so we'll help you find a schedule that works.

Can I do small group training after PT?

Absolutely. Many people transition from PT into small group training to keep building strength and stay consistent. It's a great way to maintain progress long-term.
