Joseph received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and is also recognized as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist. As a former competitive athlete and weightlifter, Joseph understands the specific needs and demands of the human body. Joseph’s goal is to maintain an active approach to rehab while facilitating recovery.

Ryan received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College after graduating with his Bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College. As a former athlete he takes special interest in treating high school and college athletes to help get them back into the game. He utilizes a performance and movement based approach to create an active environment for rehab and recovery.

Anthony DelGiacco

Anthony received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with Honors College distinction from Adelphi University.

He has an interest in working with athletes of all ages to facilitate their return to sport and prior level of performance, as well as individuals with chronic pain. Anthony believes in utilizing an individualized, evidence-based approach while considering a biopsychosocial model to help patients best achieve their respective goals.

JT Dodge

Assistant Clinical Director – Ardsley

T Dodge earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at New York Medical College after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton, and his Masters degree at Hofstra University. JT’s passion for physical therapy started while working as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer where he wanted to learn how to help restore his athlete’s/client’s abilities to perform exercises and activities without pain or limitation.

Throughout his work and clinical experience, JT has worked with many professional athletes (NFL, NBA/WNBA, MLB, and NHL), Iron Man competitors, collegiate athletes, high school athletes, and other fitness enthusiasts. JT’s approach toward physical therapy is guided by providing each person with an individualized program to help them regain function and perform their sport, work, or daily activities at their highest level without restriction.

Alexa received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College after graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island. Alexa has a passion for helping people of all ages return to their prior level of function through an individualized treatment approach. As a former spin instructor, she enjoys an active lifestyle of working out, running, and high-intensity interval training. Alexa has been taking courses through ICE (Institute of Clinical Excellence) to expand her knowledge base.

Gabriela received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College and her Bachelor’s degree from New York University. She chose a career in Physical Therapy because it was the clearest convergence of her interests: fitness, lifelong learning, and most importantly, helping others. She believes each patient is unique and deserves individualized treatment plans while utilizing evidence-based practice. Working with patients and helping them meet their goals is easily her favorite part of the job.

Angelo Annuzzi

Angelo received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mercy College in 2022. Before receiving his DPT, Angelo completed his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University as well as an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

As a passionate fitness enthusiast and avid sports fan, Angelo enjoys treating patients across their lifespan. Angelo believes in promoting an active approach to recovery. From helping young athletes return to sport, aiding the weekend warrior to recover from nagging injuries, and guiding all ages to improve abilities needed to complete everyday tasks, Angelo’s passion is helping others push their limits to achieve their goals.

David Spielvogel

David received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College following the completion of a degree in Exercise Science from Wake Forest University. As someone who values movement at all stages of life, David has developed an interest in treating adults of all ages and all capabilities. He takes an active, evidence-informed approach that pulls from principles of biomechanics and psychosocial care to help patients achieve their personal goals.

As a former athlete and lifelong advocate of exercise, David enjoys staying active through weight-training, and hiking, as well as participating in several recreational sports throughout the year.

JIBN JACOB

Jibin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University in 2022 after receiving his bachelor of biology and psychology degree from University of Albany. His passion for physical therapy emerged because he loves to be part of each individual’s journey to recovery! Jibin loves working with athletes, busy parents, and individuals struggling with chronic pain. Jibin believes in treating each patient like family and giving them the best quality of care.

Jibin loves to workout, play sports, and enjoy time with friends and family during his free time.

ACUPUNCTURIST

Yoko Momo

i-Health Acupuncturist

DACM, LAC

Yoko earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Molecular Biology from Tokyo University of Science and her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from Pacific College of Health and Science. Since 2006, she has been working as a licensed acupuncturist and nationally certified Chinese herbalist. Her clinical experiences include treating immune, digestive, gynecological, neurological, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Yoko is always thankful for the great joys and challenges her work brings. Yoko loves being a mother, and enjoys hot yoga, gardening, and dabbles in Reiki in her spare time.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Greg Rosen

Licensed Massage Therapist

LMT, MA

Gregory Rosen is a licensed massage therapist, college psychology teacher, and community garden manager. He offers sessions for fully clothed clients, without oil or lotion. His years of bodywork training in Japan and Thailand, combined with psychology background, give him a unique perspective on touch-based therapies. Gregory draws on experience with many forms of bodywork to find what works best for you. He envisions a world where healthy touch is a common custom.

Alexa McCullen

LMT Licensed Massage Therapist

Alexa has been a massage therapist for four years. She is a graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage (which sadly closed) In 2023, Alexa completed an advanced prenatal certification and also offers cupping. She always likes to make sure each of her clients feels comfortable while adding the perfect amount of humor to her interactions as well as an intuitive touch to every session. Two things Alexa always reminds her clients are to communicate during their sessions and, most importantly to breathe. In her spare time, Alexa likes to do reiki, pull cards, read, and snuggle up with her cat Chance on the couch

As a competitive collegiate cheerleader Alina has always been into pushing her limits physically but after getting ACL surgery and gaining 30+ lbs post-surgery she was even more drawn to changing her habits and mindset around fitness and food. For the last 5+ years Alina has worked with hundreds of clients (including Dr. Joe Rendina), to help them change their bodies and their minds through nutrition and fitness coaching. Her most recent interest and focus is healing and transforming the body through nutrition and lifestyle habits for the best results.

Jennifer Hentel

Certified Personal Trainer

Jenn is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and certified nutrition coach with a background in education. She earned her BA at UMass-Amherst and later her Master’s in Education from SUNY New Paltz.

She grew up playing three varsity sports and became a runner in her 20s, running several races including the New York City Marathon. Jenn is a fitness junkie with a passion for strength training, indoor cycling and yoga. Having recovered from sports injuries and surgeries, she appreciates the importance of building strength and flexibility to eliminate pain, combat injury, correct imbalances and improve mindset.

Anthony Pereira

Certified Personal Trainer

Anthony, 23 is a dedicated trainer currently holding certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Health Coach through ISSA and is always expanding knowledge to further advance his clientele. He specializes in using a holistic approach to functional strength and mobility as well as building a healthy nutritional relationship within oneself to help people transform their bodies.
Having triumphed over a personal weight loss journey of shedding over 120 lbs as well as going through A triple bulging disk along the way, Anthony’s expertise goes beyond the conventional. His unique experiences brought the challenge that fueled his quest to comprehend the intricacies of the human body. With passion and drive, Anthony is all about instilling a sense of well-being by prioritizing nutritious practices and emphasizing the importance of feeling great from the inside out.

Michele Cunningham

Certified Personal Trainer

Michele Cunningham is a Personal Trainer and Certified USA Boxing Coach, but most of all she considers herself a fitness motivator. Her main goal is to motivate her clients to control the narrative of their health through exercise and an overall healthy lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer at Iron Health, whether she is working 1:1 or with a group, her ability to connect with each client personally is what sets her apart from other trainers. She encourages her clients to get uncomfortable. Stepping out of her comfort zone has landed Michele where she is today. Her fitness journey started late in life when she fell in love with the sweet science of boxing. While her day-to-day focus is helping her clients achieve goals above and beyond their wildest dreams, her passion is teaching boxing to women and girls of all ages.

Through her business, Zen Power’d Fitness, she continually encourages women to focus on their health and wellness and inspires them to reclaim their time to connect to their fitness “zen spot”.

Richard studied Business Management at Iona College. Received a Master’s in Healthcare Administration also from Iona College.

I strive to live everyday to the fullest and welcome challenges. Having the backing of terrific therapist’s, makes my job a lot easier and more fulfilling. I enjoy playing golf, working out, and hanging with my family/friends.

Barbara Burns

Operations Assistant

Barbara brings her love of whole-body wellness, communication, and problem-solving to Iron Health. In her spare time, she is a Mom, Yoga and Mediation Instructor, and Reiki practitioner.

Jessica studied Health and Human Services with a concentration in Healthcare Administration at St. John’s University.
Jessica enjoys helping people and making them smile. She would like patients to leave physical therapy happy and healthy! In her free time, Jess likes to draw, shop and hang out with loved ones. She loves the summer time, being outside, going to concerts and trying new food spots!

Sam has a passion for sports, health, and nutrition and studies exercise science at Mercy College. He hopes to pursue a career as an athletic trainer for professional or collegiate sports. He wants to be able to help athletes recover through training and proper nutrition.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, long drives, and playing with his puppy Toby. He will make sure to go the extra mile and make people happy with their experience at Iron Health.

Fiona Vita Sunshine (yes that’s her real name and it describes her perfectly). I’m currently navigating my last year of med school on the journey to becoming a psychiatrist. Beyond the textbooks, I’m captivated by all things health and fitness, and Pilates has become my go-to escape. As an early morning enthusiast, I cherish starting my day with positive vibes. For me, having a good time and spreading kindness are essential elements of life.

Authorization Specialist

Chelsea has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Manchester University in North Manchester, IN. She also obtained an Associate’s in Certified Occupational Therapy Assisting (COTA/L) from Fox College in Tinley Park, IL. Chelsea is licensed in the state of Illinois as a COTA and loves to work with the elderly population on the weekends. During the week Chelsea is a stay-at-home/working mom who loves to work for Iron Health. She is excited to continue to watch the team grow! For fun, Chelsea enjoys making memories with her family, traveling to new places, trying new foods, and hosting family/friend dinners and game nights.

Karlie studied Public Health at University of Alabama and received a Master’s in Public Health at New York Medical College.

I love the sunshine, making genuine connections with people, all things health and wellness, and helping in any way to make someone’s day just a little bit better. Outside of work, you’ll either find me outside, spending time with family and friends, or baking up a new dessert in the kitchen. My life motto – Everything in life happens for a lesson, you may not see the reason at first, but the universe teaches you the lesson once you’re ready for it.

Darline is the Marketing Communications Coordinator at Iron Health. She specializes in email marketing, design, and bridging communication gaps.

Darline has a passion for knowledge and is always eager to learn more. Outside of her duties, she enjoys logo design, branding, content creation, photography, and crafting creative solutions to great predicaments.

Darline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Management. In addition to her degree, she holds multiple certifications:

Social Media and Content Coordinator

Erin has a bachelor’s degree in media production and theater from CUNY Hunter College. She’s been working in the social media field since she started college and has created content for a wide range of industries including fashion, real estate, music, tech, and dog training.

Reyna Carmona

Sales Development

Reyna is the Sales Development Coordinator at Iron Health. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science at SUNY Westchester Community College. Reyna enjoys watching movies/series, being a fur mom, and making memories with loved ones. She loves traveling to tropical countries to enjoy the beach, culture, and most especially, the food.

Reyna is a reliable and efficient team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building impactful customer relationships.

Jenna Colavito

Business Development Relations

Jenna joined the Iron Health Team in January of 2024 as a Business Developer. She holds a Master’s Degree from Manhattanville College and owns and operates two of her own small businesses. When she isn’t working, Jenna is a proud army wife, mom of 2 kids and enjoys participating in her local performing arts community.

At Iron Health, Jenna works as a liaison between the business and the community, setting up events, working with local businesses and physicians offices and helping to grow the clinic so we can raise the standards of health and wellness in our area!
