In Just Three Months I Had No More Pain

Emily came into Iron Health having shoulder pain after a few months of doing CrossFit. Hear how she got back to Cross fit in just three months without pain in the video below.

DO NOT IGNORE PAIN

Pain is felt when special nerves, that detect tissue damage, send signals to transmit info about the damage along the spinal cord and to the brain. Listen to your body, stop that action, and ask for help!

You can try out these exercises if you have shoulder pain:

  • Side Lying External Rotation: 3 sets of 10
  • Scaption Raises: 3 sets of 10
  • Supine Horizontal Abduction: 2 sets of 15
