THE RIGHT WAY TO STRETCH FOR EXERCISE

Stretching is an extremely important part of an exercise routine. Did you know that there are different types of stretch that you should do before a workout versus afterwards?

The two types of stretching are dynamic stretching and static stretching. There are more types, but for this post we will only go in the two aforementioned. Dynamic stretching involves fast movements of the body to stretch the limbs while static stretching is held for periods of time such as 5-30 seconds.
